Artist Statement

I enjoy working with red clays, particularly involving the human figure; I also work with wire, steel, and stone. My drawings are simple lines, or rich in color with chalk pastels.

I work in whatever medium best expresses the idea with which I am working. I believe it is the job of the artist to do their best to translate universal ideas to others.
