Founded in 1991, ArtSpan, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, builds community by connecting the public to visual arts in San
Francisco. Through SF Open Studios, youth, and adult education, and art-centric events, ArtSpan creates a platform for artists to thrive by fostering a Bay Area
community that values the arts.
ArtSpan produces San Francisco Open Studios, founded in 1975, and Art for City Youth, founded in 2000, publishes the SF Open Studios Guide, organizes workshops to help artists with their professional development, and holds Selections, a biennial juried art exhibition.

- July Artist Mixer

- Tour des Artistes
The next Tour des Artistes event will take place on Sunday, August 16, 10:30am to 3:00pm and will feature five new artists. Connect with local artists and learn the inspiration behind their artwork! Tour lead by ArtSpan's Board Vice-Chairman, Michael Yochum, and Alan Bamberger of ArtBusiness.com. Enjoy VIP transportation and refreshments along the way.
