How to donate your artwork to the Benefit Art Show & Auction:
ArtSpan’s Auction attracts astute and aspiring collectors, and we request that artists submit work that is appropriate for this type of event and of the highest caliber. Artists interested in donating artwork to the pre-juried Benefit Art Show & Auction must e-mail a JPEG image of the artwork to info@artspan.org. Include the following information in the body of the e-mail:
* Please note the following guidelines:
- One piece of artwork per artist will be accepted
- Artwork must be ready to hang and preassembled
- Artists must supply their own pedestals for sculpture
- Artists must supply their own locking case for jewelry
- Diptychs, triptychs, giclee reproductions, and unassembled sculpture will NOT be accepted
- ArtSpan will NOT accept artwork that has been donated previously
- 20 artworks will be selected for the LIVE auction by Risley H. Sams, professional art auctioneer after art drop off
- Artists who donate will be admitted to the event (1 general ticket)
